Terms and Conditions agreement:
- Our company reserves the right to withdraw and cancel services, make financial transactions or restitution if a customer or business fails to pay for agreed services .
- We endeavor to comply with reasonable customer expectations, less extreme weather conditions presenting hazardous or dangerous conditions that will negate the ability to complete or fulfill products or services including website downtime in a timely manner.
- The information on our website is copyright information and may NOT be used for attribution, adaptation, duplication, commercial or non-commercial use by any other party.
- Threatening, verbal abuse or harm, hate speech, bullying, harmful behavior, self promotions, spam constitutes grounds for restitution and/or termination of services.
- Madison Ave Farm will make reasonable efforts to satisfy reasonable customer disputes or disagreements in resolution of products or services. Once delivered or picked up, return of produce is not allowable due to quality control measures and food safety. Please refer to customer agreement terms.
